Tickets – Non-Refundable

All ticket sales for The Men’s Conference are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the event and limited access privileges, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a ticket has been purchased. Please ensure you are available for the event before completing your purchase.

Merchandise – Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase must be provided (order number and email).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@themensconference.org with your order details and reason for return.

Note:

• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizing.

• Certain items like digital downloads or final-sale products are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
